Digital Design

A digital design process, also known as Building Information Modeling, allows for the development of a 3-dimensional computer model for all projects.  This model can be utilized as a prototypical design which can then be quickly and cost-effectively adjusted to meet specific site constraints along with jurisdictional regulations.

In conjuction with the prototypical aspects, a digital model can facilitate the generation of material lists, can analyze energy requirements and consumption, and can simulate and visualize the impact of climate as related to various configurations and orientations.  The design of affordable housing need not suffer from budetary limitations imposed on the design phase.
